Jalasa buffet is simply packaged food with disposable cutlery. The smart buffet is a proper buffet service. Food is prepared in our kitchen and served hot on site. If you need fried or roasted items on site, you can add on a cook for an additional charge of ₹ 2500/-.
Yes! Any changes in order such as event venue, guest count, etc. Or menu changes must be made 3 days prior to the event date. For Jalsa box, Jalsa and Smart buffet.
If you need to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible. A cancellation fee of 10% will not be refunded. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
For Jalasa Buffet, we require a minimum of 15 pax (approximately 15 people). For Smart Buffet, the minimum number is 25 pax. We can offer food in a Jalsabox (mini setup: parcel without service) for quantities less than this. At any given time, we can cater for up to 5000 individuals.
All types of payments are accepted by us, such as credit card, debit card, Upi payment, Cash (Recommended), Cheque (No Post-dated cheques). Cheques shall be accepted only in case of advance payments which should be dated prior to 7 days from the date of order delivery.

For Jalsa Buffets and other small setups up to 50 people, there shall be no pre-tasting of the food. Kind trust in us is expected from our clients. Providing delicious food and prompt service is our guarantee to our customers.
Yes! If you need a last-minute order, we would be happy to accommodate you. But you should be aware that some special menu items require a 24-48 hour notice. Same-day orders may be possible, however there may be restrictions.
